Policy

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required on ALL services at the time of booking. Please select the service(s) you're interested in, add to cart, checkout, during the last page of checkout click 'Pay in person' and once your booking is complete, send your deposit via your preferred payment method. I accept Zelle or Apple Pay at 661-912-5856.If you do not have access to either of those payment methods you may click 'Pay entire amount online' during check out and complete the payment using a debit/credit card but a 3% processing fee of the total balance will be applied in person at checkout. If you decide to pay using Affirm or After Pay a 6% Processing fee of the total balance will be applied in person at checkout. If you have any complications and/or need assistance please feel free to reach out via text at 661-912-5856 or via email at pureluxurydayspa@gmail.com. Regardless of payment method, there will now be a 7.5% tax fee applied to the total balance which will be collected in person at checkout for tax purposes. (This includes Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, Affirm, and After Pay.)

Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice:

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. In that case, your deposit will be retained, and no further payment will be required.

Cancellations within 48 hours & No show fee:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel your appointment. If you fail to provide this notice or do not show up for your scheduled service(s), you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the services booked. Non-payment will result in being temporarily restricted from booking future appointments until payment is received.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled time. The rescheduled appointment must be set within 7 days of the original date. Example: if your appointment is on January 1st, you may reschedule for any day between January 2nd and January 7th. 

If you cannot attend your rescheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Failure to pay will result in being temporarily restricted from booking future appointments until payment is received.

Late Arrivals:

A $10 late fee will be charged if you arrive 10 minutes late. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.Again, non-payment will result in being temporarily restricted from booking future appointments until payment is received.

To my valued clients receiving Brazilian wax services: 

If you begin your menstrual cycle, you are still more than welcome to attend your appointment by taking the proper precautions. Please keep in mind, this is not a valid reason to cancel or reschedule your appointment so please plan accordingly!

Please understand that these policies are in place to maintain a professional and respectful environment for both myself and all of my valued clients. I operate on a tight schedule, and last minute changes or no shows not only impact my day, but also prevent other clients from booking those time slots.

This policy is not personal. Its simply what's necessary for me to run my business smoothly and with integrity. I genuinely appreciate each and every one of you and am so grateful for your continued support.
